I am new to central indy and want to know the best places to spot...help out the new guy please!

I haven't done it in a very long time. Not sure where. The roof of the parking garage at the old terminal was good. Unfortunately the roof of the garage at the new terminal is closed. Don't know if you can still walk up there or not. What about the cell phone lot? Anyone tried there?

Cell phone lot sucks. To many low hills around it and shooting departures on 5R/23L are backlit. You can still go on the fourth level of the garage. Most of the places I hit up are actually off airport property. No need to worry about police there.

New garage. Im pretty sure you can't get into the old one. Although that would be pretty sweet.

I still spot at the new garage at the new terminal. You can only get your car up to the fourth floor, but there are some stairs open to the top level, especially the outer stairs on the south side of the garage.
