I am completely against this new design and what in my opinion is a bait & switch tactic used. If you are like me and feel this deal was less than honest and/or don't like the new design please send your comments to Mayor Peterson's office. I did. I think the award should go to the Intercontinental.

I said that the new design clashes badly with the current buildings, it pulls all the attention away from the center of the skyline to this color-changing glass paneled hotel. And btw, this may be a mess up on my part, but wasn't the hotel supposed to be medium price range? It sure doesn't look that way, or cost as cheap anymore.
