Another route bites the dust. A long time NW route LAS ends on August 31st. I looked through April 2010 and the route doesn't appear to come back.
Here is where service west of the Rockies stands.
2 airlines service Phoenix. US Airways and Southwest
1 airline serves Las Vegas. Southwest
1 airline serves Los Angeles. Northwest
No airline services the following destinations:
San Francisco
Phoenix
Seattle
Portland
Other cities of interest with no service to/from IND:
Austin
Hartford
San Antonio
New Orleans
Jacksonville
Pittsburgh
Nashville
Am I missing any big ones?

I didn't include CMH because it is so close to us. Like I didn't include SDF. SLC is served by DL.

LAS isn't ending. It becomes Friday, Saturday and Sunday service starting in September.
