To my pleasant surprise upon return to the airport this afternoon, Kansas City now offers wireless internet for free. It's still run through Sprint as before, but you used to have to pay for it. This is great - and something other airports (like IND!) can learn from. I know their always looking for alternative revenue streams, but it's a real service to business and leisure travellers alike to have complimentary wireless in the airport. It might even get some people to arrive at the airport earlier than they otherwise would and to spend money in the bars and restaurants while they work. Nice move, MCI Very Happy

Can I get a peanut crumb with that thimble of Coke?

That is wonderful. I will keep that in mind for if/when I do day trips to MCI in the late winter.
