This is a Star News photo from inside the new terminal. Does this look like something you'd find in Europe?

Doesn't look like a typical US airport to me.

Looks a lot like CLE to me. What makes it look "European?"

Bright and open with lots of natural lighting. Also the blue signs.

HNL is very bright and open - in fact, it's got open walls with no windows in much of the terminal. And the new DTW terminal is bright and open. DEN has blue signs. Of the major European airports, I find none of them to be bright and open like this. Now if you'd said Asian airports - HKG and SIN, among the airports I've been to, are very bright and open and seem to have taken these elements into consideration.
