The capacity enhancement plan from 2003 called for a construction date of TBD for the 3rd parallel runway.

Before the chaos of 9/11 was accounted for the plan was originally for a completion date of 2008.

I haven't found a more recent plan so I don't know where the new runway is on the schedule.
Here is the full 2003 report if you care to read it.

No, you're not going out on a limb to say that 14/32E and 5/23S won't ever get built. (Where the hell would 5/23S actually BE, anyway - it would appear to be somewhere over by where the Sam Jones turns back into Raymond St...??). IF a fourth parallel runway is ever needed, it's more likely that it will be in the spot where the old runway used to be, esentially extending out from the new terminal past concourse A of the old terminal, and then across High School Road into the Tiger Lot, probably terminating at I-465. But I doubt this airport will ever get to the point where it would need that much runway capacity.
Can I get a peanut crumb with that thimble of Coke?
