Hey everyone,

I've got a question for whoever can answer it. I don't have time to look it up so I thought I would pick your brains. Emb145 may be able to answer this, but if anyone else knows, go for it.

Today at LAF I saw an E-145 from Express Jet airlines sitting on the ramp ready to take the Purdue B-ball team to Ohio State. I looked on flight aware, and that particular aircraft came in from PHX. I was surprised at how far that jet came from, since it was not an E-145X model. Anyone who knows the ranges or longest routes for the E-145 and E-145X, I'd be curious to know.

Thanks!

D.

I think its around 1300-1500nm loaded, so it has the legs.

Why do my favorite airlines end up going defunct??

Thanks for all the info folks... was just curious since around here the 145's only go between the Big Ten schools. Purdue and Ohio State tonight should be a great game.

And of course, if it deadheaded from PHX to LAF, it would have no pax on board. That saves about 4 tons of weight versus a 50-pax full load, further increasing the range.

Can I get a peanut crumb with that thimble of Coke?
