Maybe they are trying to decide what's best for them in the long run, though they seem to be doing this in a very awkward way.

I wouldn't say schizophrenic, I'd just say they are not afraid to try something new.

I'm surprised they haven't gone after Cincinnati, just to REALLY have some fun with Delta Air Lines.

they have Dayton that probaly makes Delta mad enough
