Now that the European Union and the United Stats have reached an agreement to open all markets between the cities how will this impact IND?
The agreement will allow any airline (US or European) to fly any city pairs without prior approval. Will this finally open Indianapolis International Airport to European service?
How will IND handle international arrivals. The current building needs upgrading for it to be effective. I think this could be something simple as an attachment to the Customs building that encloses an escalator to a 2nd story level with an attached jetway. The addition to the building would be minimal and would allow people to exit a jet protected from the elements instead of having to take the steps down to the tarmac and walk into the building possibly in rain or snow.
Hopefully something will be done prior to 2008.
