There was an interview on CNBC today around 12:25 EST. It was the daily property report feature on Power Lunch, and today's focus was on Indianapolis. Apparently, growth in Indy is hot right now; our job growth leads the Midwest. One of the things the guest mentioned was all the warehouse building for distribution and light manufacturing. He mentioned the $1 billion airport expansion and how the new midfield passenger terminal would make more room available for FedEx to expand.

I was reading about the square footage of distribution space in and around Plainfield is incredible. I'm thinking it was like 10 years ago they didn't have any and now they are right behind Memphis in terms of total bulk square footage of distribution space.
