Here is a pic on Indy Star.

This is the comment in the photo gallery that goes along with it. I find it interesting.
This is a view of the new International gates being constructed. International passengers will be sectioned off by a glass wall when they arrive. The Airport Authority is currently in negotiations to add new airlines with the new system. It could be semi-regular service to places like San Juan, Cozumel, etc. What about Mexicana or something like that to Mexico City?

I'm not sure we want a Mexican airline right now. I've heard they have commitment issues.

Yeah, in all seriousness I agree with Indy. There's an outside chance it could be an airline like WestJet flying to somewhere in Canada. But with a new airline and new international service, it would most likely be some small airline that wants to provide service to Jamaica or Mexico. San Juan (if you mean Puerto Rico) is not international service. San Juan, Costa Rica is. I suspect there will be Saturday-only or maybe twice-weekly service to the Carribean or Mexico.

Thats right. I forget that San Juan, Puerto Rico isn't international. I should know better. I've been there. But it still feels like a foreign country to me. Given the timing of all this (Frontier ending service) I think it is Mexican/Caribbean related.

I really don't have much of a guess mainly because with the exception of Mexicana and Aero Mexico I don't really know many carrier names.

I liked the report on WTHR about how IND currently has NO international service. I guess Toronto and Cancun don't count, lol.

For arrivals the Toronto flight is treated like a domestic. We are left with one scheduled flight weekly that uses international arrivals.
