The longest of those routes is IND-SFO at 1689 nmi. The standard E-170-100 configuration has a range of 1800 nmi, so it's within the range of the aircraft. The LR and AR variants extend that range to 2100 nmi, so it's in range with some cushion for comfort. The E190 would work as well with ranges from 1800-2400 nmi.

I would totally take IND-SFO on an E-jet. Lots of great UA connections to Asia out of SFO, and I think there'd be a fair amount of o&d from Indy as well. A well-timed 2x/day run would allow IND pax to connect to Asia/Pacific flights. It would also be good for west coast visits to have an early morning IND-SFO departure and a redeye back.

Can I get a peanut crumb with that thimble of Coke?

I'd love to do a day trip to somewhere like SFO or SEA. Fly out and have lunch at someplace nice and fly back at night.
