I just moved from Indianapolis about a year ago and am currently working at SAT. Aeromexico has flights to SAT starting at 12pm each day. There is a new discount Mexico based airline that is part of Skyteam and that is Interjet. This carrier is just starting out and have been in business for 5 years, but I believe with the growing hispanic population in Indy that this airline might just be a good thing if INd can't attract AeroMexico or Mexicana.

Did you guys know that Aeromexico had flight to Mexico City the day after the super bowl.
